Please verify the correct shipping address prior to placing an order. 

During this busy season, we cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been submitted. If a tracking number has been generated for the order, that means the order has been processed and it is simply too late to change an address. That order must be handled as standard returns, with a return handling fee of $11.99.
