When will I receive my shipping confirmation & tracking number?Updated 4 months ago

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Occasionally, orders are prepared and labels printed on Friday afternoon after the last out-bound shipments have left our warehouse. If you receive your tracking information late afternoon Friday, it will begin moving to you on Monday or Tuesday.  

If it has been more than 4 days since you last saw movement on your order or shipping confirmation, please reach out to us via our contact form and choose the subject "No order/shipping update in 4+ days" with your order # beginning in DTC#
