If it has been more than 4 days since you last saw movement on your order or shipping confirmation, please reach out to us via our contact form and choose the subject "No order/shipping update in 4+ days" with your order # beginning in DTC#
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays and cannot control tracking updates once the shipment has left our warehouse.
