What This Warranty Covers

This warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects or failures that occur with normal, intended use.

Examples of covered issues may include:

• seams or bonding that fail under normal use
• silicone defects not caused by misuse
• product arriving damaged or becoming unusable due to a clear defect

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Because our products are designed for real-world use, some types of damage fall outside of warranty coverage:

Misuse-Related Damage

The following are not covered:

• tears, rips, or punctures caused by misuse
• knife cuts or punctures
  • Please use care when working with knives on or near the product.
  • Silicone is durable, but not indestructible.

Heat Damage

The following are not covered:

• burns or melting from direct heat sources
• contact with extremely hot surfaces (pans, grill grates, burners, etc.)

Oil / Grease Saturation

For BBQ blanket use or similar situations:

• oil, grease, fat, liquids, or food seepage with prolonged exposure is not covered
• These materials can work through fabric over time, especially with heavy or extended contact.
