Your first step is to double check the tracking to see if it was handed off to another shipper (like USPS) or delivered to a mailbox or lockbox.
Next, check with neighbors to see if it was dropped off close by. If it still isn't found, begin a claim on the shipper's website with your tracking number.
Once you've started a claim with the shipper, please let us know that you didn't receive your package.
