What are the sizes and best uses for the prep tubs?Updated a month ago

Here are the dimensions of our Prep Tub cutting boards (LxW) along with their food prep recommendations:
  • XL (16"x12"): Perfect for a full brisket, spatch-cocked 14 lb. turkey, 2 racks of ribs side-by-side, or 4 racks layered
  • Original (14"x12"): Ideal for 2 chickens, 2 pork shoulders, or one rack of ribs diagonally
  • JR (10"x8.5"): Great for vegetables, 2 pounds of wings, a 6-pound pork shoulder, or one chicken

Thoroughly wash the BBQ Prep Tub between uses, especially if it is used to prep meat prior to cooking.
